We do not accept Refunds. If you think one is justified please contact us and we will get back to you.
In that case, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to provide the shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds or Returns are only available if we have gotten something wrong with your order that cannot be remedied.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For Exchanges please reach out to Gypsyfinnstx@gmail.com with your request and we will get back to you on what we can do, whether that be an accepted exchange for another item, or no exchange at all.
